Right in the heart of Warrnambool CBD. Members have 24-hour access to our facilities with no lock-in contracts. We welcome Casual visitors during reception hours 9am-6pm Weekdays. We have a huge range of equipment to suit many training styles.
We offer free general advice during staffed hours and provide a relaxed environment where you can train. What you want, how you want, when you want! And all for the 1 low price - No extra fees for certain equipment….if it’s on the Gym Floor…you can use it!!
